We roll profiles on a hydraulic profile bending bench. We roll both round and square profiles. The machine used by us can bend arches and spirals of different radii.
We roll profiles made from carbon steel, stainless steel and aluminium.
Rolling/bending square profiles with a max diameter of 50 mm is performed with standard rolls.
We have rolls from 16 to 60.3 mm for rolling round materials.
To be more specific, we use the following rolls: 16 mm, 20 mm, 22 mm, 25 mm, 26.9 mm, 30 mm, 33.7 mm, 38 mm, 40 mm, 42.4 mm, 48.3 mm and 51 mm.
